The owner Jerry Linn was the greatest to work with. He explained everything that was going to happen and what they were going to do to our roof. He arrived on time and with enough workers. The workers were cleaning the area all the time. I had a tear off and they spent about 12 hours. I was very pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend them.

Like many first time homeowners I made a huge mistake in choosing a roofing contractor. Basically, I was left with half a roof, and sick feeling. I frantically called other contractors Trying to get my roof fixed. I called Jerry at B & L and he came right over. He went over all my options and quoted me an extremly fair price. He called me to give me status updates and said exactly when his crew would show up to do the job. He was on site the whole time his crew was working and explained what was being done and why. My roof is beautiful and done right! As Jerry said, "its your house, but its my roof! He takes pride in his work and it shows. Highly recommend!!!

I bought an older house in Riverside that B&L Builders had done the roof on in 2003. The previous owner left the contact information for various contractors that had performed work on the property, so I had B&L's info.
I had a leak in the roof, and the roof was past warranty. I called up B&L Builders, and Jerry came out the next day to take a look. Even though the roof was past warranty and I wasn't even the person that originally paid for the roof, Jerry got up there and took care of the problem for free!
I hope that I don't need a new roof anytime soon, but I'll be sure to call B&L when I do
